Gardens of Entrepreneurship – A Space Where Innovation Meets Security

The Gardens of Entrepreneurship, held biannually by Employers of Poland (Pracodawcy RP), has become a major milestone on the map of Polish business and innovation. It is not only a meeting ground for entrepreneurial leaders but also a rapidly evolving environment for thematic platforms that are gaining increasing significance.
Synergy of Innovative High Tech and Defense
Two of these platforms deserve particular attention: the Platform for Advanced Technologies and the Platform for Security and Defense. Their accelerated development in recent months reflects the growing need to connect technology with the security needs of the state, industry, and society. Once separate domains, these areas are now converging to form a shared ecosystem of collaboration across science, business, and public administration.
At Aidar Solutions, a company developing XR (Extended Reality), VR, and AR technologies, we are proud to align perfectly with the mission of both platforms. Our solutions are used in education, industrial training, support for uniformed services, and the protection of critical infrastructure. These technologies are already widely adopted in defense sectors around the world — and we are pleased to see their growing recognition and implementation in Poland as well.
Participating in the Gardens of Entrepreneurship was an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange and forging new partnerships. We engaged with many business leaders and experts on the future of specialized training, digital transformation, and operational efficiency powered by immersive technologies.
And this was not the only significant event recently.
Polish Security Congress Rzeszów 2025
Just a few days later the Congress held in Rzeszów further confirmed that security today is a shared responsibility that transcends traditional sector boundaries. Discussions focused on critical infrastructure, dual-use technologies, unmanned systems, and strategies to accelerate the implementation of innovative solutions in Poland’s defense industry.
Panel sessions emphasized the need for a systemic approach, rapid action, and strong public-private collaboration — precisely the values we practice at Aidar. The presence of our strategic business partners and us, at such events is more than symbolic; it is about actively co-creating the future of defense and technology.
The diversity and complexity of topics made it clear: we need a common space for dialogue — and for real, cross-sector cooperation.
Key takeaways included:
- The necessity of building systemic and integrated security
- The urgency of scaling up the acquisition, production, and commercialization of modern technologies
- The importance of continuous and intensified collaboration between the public sector, industry, and academia
During the panel “Innovations in the Development of the Defense Industry”, specific pathways were outlined for the growth of dual-use technologies in Poland.
Together with representatives from funds, academia, and industry, we explored the critical challenge of unlocking Poland’s innovation potential — while maintaining the speed necessary for producing and scaling advanced dual-use and defense technologies.
We are proud to see that Aidar is being increasingly invited to join discussions, congresses, and development platforms where our technologies meet the real needs of national security, education, and industry.
We believe that together, we are building national resilience — not only technological, but also organizational and societal
