Aber Chancen zu haben, wenn wir uns ihrer bewusst sind, ist eine Sache. Dass wir aufgrund unserer Erfahrung und unseres Hintergrunds in einer Blase eingeschlossen sind, in der andere Sichtweisen ausgeblendet werden, ist eine ganz andere Sache und oft h\u00e4ufiger der Fall. Dies ist die Herausforderung, der sich Mercedes &#8211; Benz jedes Jahr mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/mercedes-benz-jawor.com.pl\/girls-go-technology\/\"> Kampagne &#8216;Girls GO Technology&#8217;<\/a> stellt, deren f\u00fcnfte Ausgabe nun hinter uns liegt.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Sie wollen in der Sch\u00f6nheitsbranche arbeiten, wenn sie anfangen &#8211; denn das scheint der einzige Weg zu sein. Dann sammeln sie Wissen und Erfahrung und \u00e4ndern ihre Meinung. Sie denken \u00fcber naturwissenschaftliche F\u00e4cher an der Universit\u00e4t und die Arbeit in einem Beruf nach, der fr\u00fcher als m\u00e4nnlich galt.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Bereits 100 M\u00e4dchen aus der Gegend von Jawor haben sich bei Mercedes mit der Technik vertraut gemacht, und zwar in der letzten Programmausgabe, die im M\u00e4rz ihren H\u00f6hepunkt erreichte. Sie alle, egal f\u00fcr welche Zukunft sie sich entscheiden, haben dank ihrer Teilnahme an der &#8216;Girls GO Technology&#8217;-Initiative einen Wettbewerbsvorteil unter ihren weiblichen Altersgenossen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erlangt. <\/p>\n\n<p>Das Team von Aidar Solutions hatte als Partner des Programms die M\u00f6glichkeit, die M\u00e4dchen zusammen mit Vertretern von Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland zu begleiten, um sie in die Themen Industrie 4.0, Cybersicherheit und 3D-Druck einzuf\u00fchren und sie bei der Erstellung ihres ersten beruflichen Lebenslaufs zu unterst\u00fctzen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Fast 50% der Belegschaft von Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sind Frauen. Dank eines Besuchs im Mercedes-Benz Werk in Jawor am<sup>8.<\/sup> M\u00e4rz sahen die Teilnehmerinnen von &#8216;Girls GO Technology&#8217;, dass das, was sie im Workshop lernten, keine Theorie war, sondern der Alltag in einem Industrie 4.0-Werk. Eine Rekordzahl von M\u00e4dchen &#8211; ganze 35 &#8211; hat an dieser Ausgabe teilgenommen, um ihr Wissen \u00fcber Technik zu erweitern und das Programm erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Diese M\u00e4dchen haben an Selbstvertrauen, Mut und Neugierde auf die Welt gewonnen.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland k\u00fcmmert sich auch um die Absolventinnen des Programms. Im November 2022 lud das Unternehmen sie zu einem Treffen im Rahmen der Girls GO Technology Academy ein, bei dem sie sich an ihre Erfahrungen im Projekt erinnerten und ihren j\u00fcngeren Kollegen erz\u00e4hlten, wie sich ihr Leben entwickelt hat. Sie nahmen auch an Workshops teil, um sie als bewusste Arbeitnehmerinnen auf dem heutigen Markt zu st\u00e4rken.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Eine Umfrage unter den Absolventinnen der vier Ausgaben ergab, dass zwei Drittel der Teilnehmerinnen, von denen die meisten ihr Wissen \u00fcber neue Technologien vor der Teilnahme an dem Programm als &#8220;gering&#8221; einstuften, es nach den Workshops als &#8220;hoch&#8221; oder sogar &#8220;sehr hoch&#8221; bewerteten. Viele wollen ihr Studium nach der High School fortsetzen, obwohl sie dies vorher nicht vorhatten.
