What is VR training?
Virtual reality immerses people in an entirely digital environment with the use of a headset or goggles. That’s why it is called immersive learning. This environment can be produced digitally or via 360-degree video. Trainees can freely look, talk, move, and with a pair of controllers engage with simulated tools, machines, other trainees, and trainers.
The choices they make when interacting with virtual surroundings activate the same neural pathways in the brain as they would in the real world.
