AIDAR inspires young women to conquer the world of technology at Siemens initiative “Inżynierki 4.0“
In Europe, in the field of information and communication technology, only 19% are women. It’s just a drop in the ocean, but every drop can bring about significant changes. That’s why it’s incredibly important for us to work together for gender equality in the technology sector. Thanks to the Inżynierki 4.0 program, we support young women who aspire to develop in the field of Industry 4.0.
AIDAR, Siemens, Kuka, DB CARGO, and our Partner HTC are not just companies – they are pillars of change that inspire, support, and educate. Together, at the 6th edition of Inżynierki 4.0, we stood side by side to inspire ambitious female students from 14 technical universities. It’s an extraordinary experience that shows that the technological revolution knows no gender or barriers.
Thanks to workshops, young women can step into the world of innovation, technology, and business, and establish valuable connections with experts and representatives from other technical universities. It’s in such places that future female leaders are born, who will revolutionize the industry.
We are delighted to once again be part of this inspiring initiative, and kudos to Siemens for their clear commitment to debunking harmful stereotypes. We are confident that our actions will open doors for the next generations of ambitious women in technology.

AIDAR joins Mercedes at Open Days of Wrocław University of Science and Technology
At the recent Open Days of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Mercedes presented participants with their modern factory, enriched with the highest standards of the automotive industry with the concept of “Industry 4.0”. Aidar was there to present its VR platform, which has been implemented even before the factory was put into use and has been progressively developed over the years. It was not just a meeting with technology but also with the vision of the future of the industry, which is based on innovation and advanced solutions.
In our role as AIDAR, we focus on educating and engaging young people in the world of technology. During these days, we introduced participants to the topics of solutions and the possibilities of using VR technology in training preparing for work.
Collaboration with corporate partners and universities is not just an opportunity for us to present our solutions but above all a chance to jointly create a future in which technology serves people. We are proud to be part of these inspiring events, which not only open doors to new opportunities but also build foundations for future generations of engineers and industry specialists.
